Motivational and preventative six week courses are available for groups or individuals.

The focus is to give your students the tools to thrive. Sessions build self-confidence, self-awareness and self-belief, leading to greater success, a positive self-image and a fresh outlook for the future. 

Incorporating discussions about body-confidence, stress management and low self-esteem. Including the importance of self-care and when/how to say no.
